Changes are coming to New Zealand’s Relay Services:

From 1 February 2021, you will experience changes to the way you access and use NZ’s Relay Services.

In the meantime, the current relay services will remain available as usual up until 31 January 2021.

Contact VIS to:

  • Get answers to questions.
  • Make a suggestion or comment.
  • Make a complaint (NOTE: When calling about a specific incident, please provide the Video Interpreter’s (VI) identification number, date, and time of call.)
  • Get assistance with relay call.
  • Request brochures, outreach material, or presentations.
